By far the biggest slip made by Merry Modes. A 7-layer petticoat also called the Quinceanera with drawstring waist; taffeta inside lining, thousands of inches of flame retardant netting in the middle, and scratchless cover on the outside. Taffeta lining is 40" (101.6cm) from waist to bottom of hem.
