PRODUCTION TIME
Bridal
Gowns from our website catalogue generally take 12 weeks
(custom designed gowns generally take up to 14 weeks) to be
made, however please note that this is just a guide, we cannot
guarantee a delivery date due to conditions out of control
such as manufacturing delays etc.
Bridesmaids
and some Evening Dresses are usually quicker than this which
is generally 8 weeks. Petticoats and shoes are shipped
from the US and generally take up to 4 weeks to deliver. However please note that this
is to be used as a guide only, we highly recommend that you
allow yourself ample time before your special occasion, this
is less stressful for everyone involved. Sometimes
delays may occur due to conditions out of our control such as
manufacturing delays, shipping company turn around
times etc. We highly recommend that you allow ample
time before your special occassion. We can never
guarantee a delivery time.
DELIVERY TIMES AFTER DRESS
IS COMPLETED
This will depend on your state
and postcode. All products purchased on our site are shipped from our Melbourne Office, please contact us to check on your delivery
time. For Australian customers we use a Courier service and delivery times are
approximately 1-5 business days to VIC, NSW, SA, and Brisbane/Gold Coast QLD. Delivery times are approximately 5-8 business days to QLD country areas, WA, TAS and NT is
approximately 5-7 business days via Registered Australia Post.
SHIPPING
All prices on our website include shipping costs. We ship via
a Courier service to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and through Australia Post to WA, TAS and NT. All orders are fully insured. We can also ship
internationally to most countries, these orders are sent via Airmail Post and
are fully insured. We do not deliver to following countries :-
